I’m 20 years old and in college. Going to be an RA this coming year so I don’t have the option of cooking the healthiest meals. However, I do get access to a bomb gym, complete with free weights and an indoor track. Success.
Anyways, I’m just trying to get fit here. It’s been a slow process but I’m not going to give up.
Heaviest weight: 171 lbs.
Starting weight (June 18, 2012): 169 lbs.
Current weight (as of July 10, 2012): 162 lbs.
Goal weight (by August 12, 2012): 155 lbs.
Ultimate goal weight: I really don’t care about the scale. I just want my “brand-new-pair-of-jeans-that-I-stashed-in-my-closet-for-a-rainy-day” to fit! Because as of right now, they don’t.
I like to determine my health, er, rather, satisfaction with my body not by looking in the mirror necessarily (though it does play a part) but how my clothes fit. I mean, some of my clothes fit over me, but they don’t sit the way I want them to, you know? :)
